In this context, the vacuum ultraviolet (VUV) light-based photon process can be considered applicable for modifying thin films, as it can break atomic bonds solely through the action of photons without accompanying thermal processes from irradiation. Introducing the construction process and features of the Cladis method!

The "Cladis Method" involves forming a primer layer of elastic paint containing fluorescent pigments on the substrate, and a top layer of hard paint that blocks ultraviolet rays. When cracks occur in the substrate, the primer layer stretches while the top layer cracks, exposing the primer layer. Ultraviolet rays are then directed at the exposed primer layer, causing the fluorescent pigments to emit light for inspection. We would like to introduce a case study of the design and production of a "UV irradiation device" that we conducted. Production had stagnated due to the discontinuation of electronic components used in off-the-shelf products, and we received a request for a complete renewal of the device, including modifications to the components. In response, we handled everything in-house, from power supply design to component procurement, and the design and production of the device.
